PASSENGER ZONE
A passenger zone is located in front of the lobby entrance for guests to unload/load their cars. Parking is limited to a maximum of 10 minutes to avoid towing. Luggage carts are available in the lobby for your convenience.
PARKING GARAGE
There are three parking garages within one block of The Mayfair. The nearest is McCrory's Garage, located directly behind our property at 129 Burgundy Street. We also highly recommend Unipark Garage at 145 Roosevelt Way, which offers 24/7 security. Please note that we are not affiliated with these parking facilities and are not liable for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents. For rates and additional information, please contact them directly.
SPOTHERO
We recommend the SpotHero app to find convenient parking near our property. Download the app and simply enter our address and choose from a variety of parking options, often available at discounted rates when reserved in advance. Apply the appropriate filters on the app for optimal results.
STREET PARKING
Street parking is metered Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with rates displayed on the meter signage. For convenience, download and use the Park Mobile app to pay electronically. Street parking is free after 7:00 PM until 8:00 AM and all day on Sundays.

There are a number of convenience stores along Canal Street, including Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy within short walking distance. For a broader selection of groceries, Rouses Market is just a short drive or Uber ride away located at 701 Baronne St.

Ruby Slipper, a popular and homegrown New Orleans brunch spot, offers a delightful experience for our guests and is conveniently located on the first floor of our property.

Are there any restrictions on bringing outside food or deliveries?
Guests are welcome to bring outside food or have food delivered. However, guests are responsible for meeting and accepting any deliveries or similar at the lobby entrance. The Mayfair and its staff cannot accept or hold deliveries or packages. Guests may have items delivered to the nearest UPS store located inside The Roosevelt Hotel at 123 Baronne St. Guests are responsible for notifying the store at (504) 335-3114 or [email protected]. Please contact the UPS store for hours and any fees that may apply.

We have a strict no-pets policy. The Mayfair will allow service animals as defined in The Americans with Disabilities Act. The Mayfair does not recognize emotional support dogs as service animals.

The Mayfair rentals are professionally cleaned before and after every stay. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee once the reservation is confirmed.

The Mayfair does not have a pool on-site. However many nearby hotels in New Orleans offer pool access for a day fee or with food and beverage minimums. The city has a variety of stylish and accessible pool options that can be great for relaxing during the summer months.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times? Is it possible to arrange for an early check-in and/or a late check-out?
Standard check-in is after 4:00 PM, and standard check-out is by 11:00 AM. Should you wish for an early check-in or late check-out, you may request this service for an additional fee once your reservation is confirmed.

Can I store my luggage on-site before check-in and/or after check-out?
For guests arriving early or needing late departure accommodations, complimentary luggage lockers are available on a limited basis. Please contact our team to reserve this service.

What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days prior to the arrival date will receive 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the arrival date are NOT eligible for a refund.

Which payment methods are acceptable?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as debit cards. All credit card payments will be subject to a 4.5% processing fee. In some cases, such as long-term or multiple-unit bookings, arrangements can be made for EFT, wire transfer or payment by check.

Is it possible to hold units without a deposit?
We have a strict no-hold policy. Your rental is only confirmed once you make your deposit.

What is required for the booking deposit?
At the time of making a reservation with The Mayfair, a 50% deposit shall be due; the remaining balance, due 60 days prior to arrival, will be charged to the card on file. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival shall be paid in full.
